"Car demand fell by 8.0% in November in EU, a third consecutive month of moderation after registrations spiked by over 31% in August, with new WLTP tests introduced in September. Eleven months into the year, overall EU registrations increased under 1% versus a year ago. However, demand continues to be seen in Central Europe, with car registrations up by 9.6% so far this year.
